Back on schedule. Up at 4AM, working on I,Q2. Inching my way toward the end.
Spent the night in Wisconsin Rapids eating fried cheese curds…this is Wisconsin after all. Left the hotel at 7:00 and headed to Alexander Middle School in Nekoosa (swiftly running water) where I spoke to 4th through 8th grade, hosted by Sue Wolfe (I think she might related to Travis Wolfe from Cryptid Hunters and Tentacles) and Heidi Hartman who has a twin sister searching for Sasquatch in Oregon. Wonderful women who along with their students went to a lot of trouble to prepare for this visit. The students fund author visits by collecting thousand of General Mills box tops, sending them in by the bagful at 10 cents per top. Incredible!
